We provide again a tiered approach – you may want us to review the relevance and potential missing elements or, if we can, identify ‘golden nuggets’ to up-tap success. At the other end of the scale we provide a Full Strategic Consulting package where we deep-dive, we get personal, see us an extension to your team – we get into the detail, we get our hands dirty, we research the industry, we conduct workshops with staff members, customers / clients / competitor clients etc.
